It has been a month since I wrote.
I am out of my routine. I have been walking less too.
There has been a lot going on including my mother in law having
serious medical issues. Work has been keeping me very busy too.
I believe this has resulted in my upper back being an issue along with
numbness in my right hand.
I seem to be in need of a change. I certainly want a change.
Viggo just let me know not to grab his “toeses” when he goes down the stairs.
He just gave me a huge hug and kiss. I love that kid!
I am going to go for a quick walk right now.
I am thankful for this opportunity.
