I have not done Yoga this week because my wrist and shoulder are still bothering me since my fall.
I will try next week to do some Yoga.
I have walked some and will go for a walk today.
Our website manager/developer is quitting. She has been with us for around 7 years.
It is always hard for me when people quit. She does a great job. I believe we can train others in the
company to maintain what she has done.
Change is tough. In many ways it reminds me that I am going to die. I don’t want to die. I am pleased that our family is pursuing ATM to some degree and Shuna is doing a great job developing Cascadia Heritage Farm. I am hopeful about traversing this path and hope I will continue to have this opportunity and strength to continue to pursue it, or have it pursue me.
I am thankful for this opportunity.
