It is Thursday.
I will take Duchess for a walk.
I have been splitting up my time when I am working remotely between doing small projects around the cabin and doing my job.
Breaking up the day like this seems to be good for my morale and physicality.
I am lucky to have a job that provides me so much flexibility. I seem to be nervous / concerned about sales and cash flow. This must be a concern most small business owners contend with. I want to appreciate the opportunity that NN provides me, my family, my partners, staff, customer and vendors.
Small businesses are important. They provide diversity in the world of commerce. They provide unique opportunity for all parties.
As the world moves more towards efficiency and specialization, are we going to see less and less small business? I hope not. I want the diversity of ideas, experiences, interactions, possibility that can exist by having numerous micro-climates where intricacies can exist, where light and dark, shadows and shimmering can cast their depths reflecting the immensity of this strange experience.
I am thankful for the opportunity.
