Experience the vastness and the utter oddness and burning beauty

I have not written in a while.

It is a beautiful day.

Shuna, Viggo and I had a nice walk and ride yesterday.

Duchess is a good horse for me to ride.  Shuna has already made her

more pleasant to ride.

Viggo really loves to trot.  I ask him after we trot, “How do you like them apples?”

He responds by saying,, “I LOVE them apples!”

Shuna enjoys seeing us both riding.

I really want to make this farm a paradise.

I want to have more gardens, encourage more life.

I also want it to be beautiful.  What is beauty?

I want high contrast of colors, shapes, materials, life, ideas, conversation, people, etc. …

Is it beauty? I am not sure, but the more strange we can encourage our farm to be, the more hope it will provide our family and others.  The world, or should I say how we interpret it, can be different from how we typically experience it.  I want to encourage myself to experience the vastness and the utter oddness and burning beauty of this miracle. I want to appreciate this miracle, but boy it is tough.

I am thankful to have this opportunity.
