The “Barn”

It is Friday.
I have not written much this week.

I have been busy with all sorts of odds and ends.
I am hoping to make some progress on more paperwork today.

We went to the south of the island to look at a barn and a hoof grid material.
The woman we met with was very generous with her time and knowledge.

She had a beautiful barn.

I have not had much contact with the horse world at large.

I believe for us to be credible in it, we need to appear to be creditable.
I am not sure exactly what this means. The “Barn” might be a big part of it.
I believe if we incorporate a barn, it has to reflect, embody, the values we are pursuing.
I believe we want horses not to be stalled outside of eating, birth and illness.
I believe we what a barn to encourage hope and appreciation.

Perhaps reusing an older barn. It needs to be tied to a paddock/ paddock paradise.
We need to figure out how best to manage their manure.

I am thankful for this opportunity.
