I want to resist this fear

9:55 am Tuesday

It is Tuesday.  I will not go to Seattle today.  My mom is here, so I don’t need to drive to Seattle to see her.  I am thankful she is here.

I will work on catching up on bills today.

I have noticed I am fairly tense with getting prepared over the last few weeks due

to the viral outbreak.  I am hopeful that this outbreak will slow down over the next month.

I do believe the virus is a real threat, especially to my mother, but also to my wife, son and myself.

What also is a threat is fear/ panic.  I want to resist this fear.

Viggo is helping Alex, our neighbor, load up his wheelbarrow with our compost.

This is good.  Alex and his wife, Sarah, are great neighbors.  They rented a rototiller to

get their garden going. They have generously offered neighbors the use of the rototiller too.

This is good.  I want to resist fear and I believe helping others and letting others be helpful

to us is a great direction. I want to resist this fear.  This is a time to encourage ATM.

I am thankful for this opportunity.
