Viggo just woke up and he had to poop!
He now just alerted me that he is done.
I will wipe his bottom.
He says, “ Papa come on over.”
I just finished wiping his bum.
I asked him how he is doing and he said “Weally Good!”
Shuna and I went to the Chiropractor yesterday. It was Shuna’s first time in a long time going to a Chiropractor and she liked our new Chiropractor.
Viggo wanted me to look up chiropractor, one who uses their hands.
I will go for a walk now.
I am starting to become a little more active and it is a very good direction.
I am thankful for this opportunity.
