It has been almost two months since I last wrote. We have had an opportunity to face some challenges at Cascadia Heritage Farm and getting our sea legs again. Viggo has been doing really well and is even learning piano. Shuna and I have been getting the farm to be more manageable. We are starting to reduce our animal populations some. Shuna has done an excellent job in finding homes for some of our Dales ponies, I have found homes for some of chickens and turkeys and we will soon start to process a few goats for meat. We are committed to our path of trying to be appreciative and joyful as we develop our farm. We still have a huge amount on our plates, but I believe we are making steps in the right direction. We want to be able to pursue this path as long as we can and the hope is by making it more manageable, we will increase the longevity of this pursuit. We are also in the process of cleaning up some of the mess that happens when you have many projects happening. I am looking forward to continuing to develop our farm. I am excited to see the M.I.G.H.T Project develop along with our pursuit of joy riding our Dales ponies. I am excited to be raising our goats for milk and meat production. We have also started working on possibly starting a nonprofit that would focus on a living gene bank for critically endangered farm animals. To be alive, to be blessed to have loved ones close, to have the opportunity to care for these farm animals is a miracle that I want to bear witness too. Thank you Shuna, Viggo and all family and friends for all the support and love. I am blessed and grateful to have this opportunity and hope I can share this gratitude and love with others. Happy Thanksgiving.
