Shuna is under the weather, but not doing too poorly.
I love my wife. I hope my family does not get to ill.
The focus on illness and death is hard on everyone.
I am really at a loss what to make of the growing illness and death in the
United States and other parts of the globe.
I am going to keep on trying to appreciate.
I am going to try to:
Actively surround myself with life and fitness
Try to encourage hope
Mindful, generous and loving to others.
Its not easy to try to follow these values, but I am going to try.
I am thankful for this opportunity.
