I have been talking to people today.

I have been telling them things will be all right and that they matter.

I am hopeful.  I am looking forward to my mom coming.  I will clean some logs tonight in her room.  I do believe this is an opportunity to be appreciative, to try to encourage hope, to be mindful, generous and loving to others.
